This 8 lot development has 3 houses currently built and another to start shortly. The Seller is retaining Lot 8 for himself and this lot controls the buffer zone between the rear lot lines of Lots 1-7 and the river. Lot 1 is technically not on the water but abuts the buffer. The Seller will also be installing a fence along the north boundary( shielding it from Webber Road) as part of the Development Agreement.
